The service was excellent, the food was savoury. The location was quiet and handy, close to restaurants and bars.

Deluxe king room was spotless and huge with wifi connection. There were a writing desk, a chair, and thick blackout curtains in my room.

The property was immaculately clean, featured nice design, I enjoyed it. The location was peaceful, close to Piazza degli Strozzi. Close to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the main central attractions, all the major sights and the river in a quiet square with. It also was to the bus stops which is also important.

Great place to stay, overall clean, everything was very comfortable. The location was perfect, in the beautiiful Tuscan hillside, it's a plus. Everyone who worked there was very service-minded.

it is a well-run property located in florence historic centre district near to chaotic tourist areas, center of town & bridge of gold, and scandicci. the hotel offers plenty of food that was savoury. make sure to get superior queen room with really fantastic hot shower, snuggest bathroom, as for instance.

Fairly clean venue with light and good breakfasts and street views. Superfriendly and excellent staff throughout. A quiet atmosphere around the place. Excellent and lovely location - steps away from Borgo Ognissanti. Walking distance to a weekly market and a market across the street. What an excellent stay, no complains at all.

Helpful staff, GREAT setting. 200 metres away there is Essenziale, where you can dine. Position a short walk to everything we need, like piazza della repubblica.
