Well-appointed place with ever so helpful staff at reception desk. Peaceful and secure location for visiting restaurants and cafes.

Everything was excellent, I recommend. This hotel was exceptional in every respect, had very amiable staff at reception desk. I loved the room with a lovely terrace facing the garden, the bed was large. A hairdryer, a bidet, and shower caps were a plus.

The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is large and spotless with balcony. There is a plenty of supplies like : a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV. The location is excellent and incredible and they have parking nearby.

Our room was brand-new and beautifully designed with a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. The food was delicious and there were a lot of dishes in the menu.

We had a king room and it included a balcony and a kitchen.

I had huge, airy room with both a sofa a walk-in closet and a walk-in closet plus a balcony, had good night's sleep. The location was magnificent and incredible, at a short distance from an art museum.

Savoury and satisfactory breakfast with meat and cheese, as for instance, excellent location.

it's a fantastic and exceptional hotel. guests have all their needs satisfied by the attentive and caring staff. the guest room is airy with a beautiful view and new bathrooms plus chandeliers. we can't thank them enough and recommend this accommodation.

Everything was simply ideal. Our stay here was brilliant, ideal base for exploring Florence. Our room was a nice size and complete with a lovely terrace and the garden plus tea. The location was magnificent, within a close distance from Statues of David.

Liked our stay, recommend. By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met caring staff at reception desk. There were satisfactory breakfasts with cheese and yogurt and baked goods and the location was quiet.

Location just next door to the tourist area, a grocery store and city or more local restaurants. Kindness of the staff. Tasty and very very good breakfast, a lot of food and beverages: )

The room was well-equipped, had huge separate bathroom. Got large bed and free Wi-Fi. The location was quiet and unbeatable for traveling around Florence, adjacent to city as well as Ponte Vecchio and the main Florence tourist thoroughfare.

Had a such wonderful stay for the price. Large and spotless units with the balcony, a large bedroom, as example, and the staff were amiable!
