Relais & Maison Grand Tour

Excellent place for 5 nights. A lot of goodies for breakfast. The hotel of choice in Florence.

We were there for 1 night and felt would book here again. Nearby a tram station, the location was excellent and stunning, near to everything. Also, an art museum was at a short distance.

Nice place to stay in Florence, if compared to other hotels. By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun. Perfect and excellent location near all the great sites Florence has to offer and good restaurant and bars nearby, good restaurant and bars and all the main sights, I felt safe.

The room was reasonably large and splendid with an exceptionally comfortable bed and views of street. Thoughtful tea making facilities and a kettle were a nice touch.

You guys made our stay great. Good staff we were amazed with.

The suite room included an individual safe, air conditioning, and an iron, we were happy about that.

the location was marvellous, relatively close to a medieval cathedral.

The bathroom I had was quite small.

We had an adjoining bedroom. Extras like a seating area, ironing facilities, and a writing table were appreciated. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was near the Duomo and the main square, Florence and all the main sights in Florence.

The hotel had a central setting near to everything. The room was clean and splendid and included coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge, and glassware.

Great location near all the great sites, and Florence, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. My room included a kettle and instant coffee.

It was in a perfect and magnificent location with an art museum nearby. We didn't want to leave and would love to come back.
