Had a comfortable stay during our visit. The staff was kind and faultless all the time. Location: the hotel was close to Florence and the centre of the city. Appetising dishes served at the Michelin-starred restaurant. We loved this place.

Everyone from the staff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating. It had particularly good and stunning location a super close walk to Full Up.

Greatly enjoyed our 3 days in this hotel, no complaints whatsoever. It is a well-maintained property located in Florence Historic Centre district just next door to sightseeing and restaurants, the major attractions and a 16th century palace.

Had a new-fashioned and exquisite room. All the services were personalised.

Large units with a grand piano. Particularly good and fab location in a calm area close enough to Florence for a special birthday, and the Duomo. Easy walk to a minor basilica.

An extra special way to end my trip. Stylish, fairly clean hotel with appetising food and supper friendly staff. Excellent and stunning location close to the central sights of Florence with views of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

We had a new-fashioned grand deluxe double room with a view over the rooftops to the Duomo, fire places plus beautiful furniture. The location was magnificent in the center of Florence and the staff here was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The location was quiet central and the staff were extremely helpful. Our room was a nice size and provided with efficient air con. The service was very good, we had an excellent quality breakfast.

Everything is wonderful, the room is splendid with a separate closet as well as a kettle.

The location was best possible and convenient, close enough to lake of communication regards the parking fees. The room I stayed in was a nice size with a grand piano.

The units are attractive, absolutely stunning with a tub.

The hotel was clean, reasonably spacious. My room was splendid, with a balcony, a seating area, and a closet space. The venue was in a very central location to a local theatre. Delicious dishes were served at the Michelin star rated restaurant. This was my fantastic stay during my visit.

Great way to end our trip. Romantic and fairly clean place, exceptional view of the old Cathedral. High quality breakfast with a wide range of choice. Amazing location, at a walking distance from Sant'ambrogio Chuch. Set not far from a local restaurant, chapel, two restaurants and vineyards as far as the eyes can see and public areas in the pretty quiet area.

Stayed in brand-new deluxe double room with the most wonderful views.

The room was well-equipped and complete with efficient air con, a tub plus a television, I had everything needed.

Everyone who works in the hotel is competent and well-trained. The deluxe queen room is brand-new and romantic.

fantastic hotel, great value, compared to other options. we liked the room, it was good sized. a nice 5-minute stroll to piazza della signoria.
