Very good service within 0.5 km of the airport. Brilliantly helpful stuff always on hand. Brand-new and modern room with coffee and a kettle.

The rooms were beautifully maintained with queen size beds, you feel like home.

The staff was kind when needed. The location was marvellous and stunning: a shopping area and a market were within walking distance. It was a downtown area, a comfortable place for me.

Luxury hotel with good view of the cathedral, good restaurant. Great and stunning location with private parking nearby. Found in a downtown part of the town.

Our stay was really great and we would stay here again. The hotel was not only fairly clean but beautiful in every way. We had a quadruple room with a view to city. Venue's location was marvellous and amazing, to all major landmarks.

Marvellous location, just a pleasant stroll away from Archaeological Museum Museo Archeologico. Clean room, a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets in the room.

Everything was simply good. So glad we chose it, spent 3 beautiful days here. The folks were accommodating and great. The location was exceptional, within walking distance of a Renaissance palace.

The location is very central, close enough to the centre, the city center of Florence, and Relais Tosinghi for sure. Florence Historic Centre district definitely deserves exploring.

The location was perfect for traveling around Florence, adjacent to the prime areas, all main sites and the train station and historical florence. It also was right off the main square where the duomo is located. Authentic cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant.

Brand-new & good-sized rooms with the wonderful view as well as toiletries. Excellent location that close to everything with views of the cathedral. Besides, very convenient to a medieval cathedral.
