The breakfast served in the dining room was freshly prepared. A nice size units with turkish bath, bathroom, a huge comfy bed, and the staff were amazingly helpful. Had comfortable and best possible location in the centre.

Excellent and incredible location near Piazza della Signoria, the duomo and main sights and the city center. Nearby Il Vivandiere - great place to chill out.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was extremely pleasant and brand-new. The breakfast was fresh made, had lots of food. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from an art museum.

Had nicely decorated twin/double room with turkish bath and wake-up service was available in it.

The location UNBEATABLE and wonderful close to restaurants. And very close to the Center of Florence as well as a quiet pedestrian street. Impeccably clean, luxurious unit with a view, and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The location in the heart of the city was best possible. Everything was superb and within 20 minutes' drive of Peretola airport.

We had a lovely time. We liked to sit in the dining room. The location of this hotel really close to all attractions, ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio was nice.

Plus, the location is great, minutes from a spandrel arch bridge. Incredibly nice staff, they know their business.

We really loved our stay here. This was superior hotel with fabulous staff and location. Heating, television and a writing desk inside the superior double room were handy. You should definitely explore Florence Historic Center district, it's worth it...

Large room and comfortable bed. It was a wonderful stay. Il Mandarino is an easy walk to the hotel. Excellent base for city break in Florence.
