The breakfast served in the dining room was freshly prepared. A nice size units with turkish bath, bathroom, a huge comfy bed, and the staff were amazingly helpful. Had comfortable and best possible location in the centre.

It was a really lovely experience. I really enjoyed the breakfast served at the dining room. The staff were very friendly and efficient hole time of my stay. It had perfect location a super close walk to a l-shaped square.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and caring, the accommodation was gorgeous and clean. Overall it was tastefully decorated and extremely pleasant with a view. The location was incredible - 300 metres away from a fortress palace.

Our stay here was such wonderful, excellent place for exploring Florence. The hotel had an excellent location minutes from a fortress palace. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were caring. The restaurant was great!

We really loved our stay here. This was superior hotel with fabulous staff and location. Heating, television and a writing desk inside the superior double room were handy. You should definitely explore Florence Historic Center district, it's worth it...

Large room and comfortable bed. It was a wonderful stay. Il Mandarino is an easy walk to the hotel. Excellent base for city break in Florence.
