I loved staying in this beautiful little place. The staff were all well managed and the breakfast was savoury with pancakes, waffles and self made Crossaints. The setting of hotel was fabulous central and absolutely perfect, in the heart of old town. Had a pleasant stay here.

It has nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with complimentary chocolates and nice touches to feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, quiet atmosphere.

It was large, modern and with every comfort. The location was excellent easy to walk to everything.

The hotel was in the very central setting very near to actually next door to many famous restaurants. There was Gustarium nearby, offering quick meals. I was upgraded to beautifully designed suite with every comfort.

All the rooms are brand-new with attention to details and the staff are very friendly.

We enjoyed this place, it's gorgeous. Overall the staff is attentive and best. The location is incredible and they have parking nearby. There is a good restaurant relatively close to hotel. And it's 10 km from Peretola airport.

The venue was in a very central location just next door to the center of florence, local restaurants and tourist destinations, and Florence-right. Had brunch in the Taverna Divina Commedia, located nearby.

The place was stylish and gorgeous, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was incredible, close to a medieval cathedral. Further, it was just off Duomo, Piazza Della Signora and Ponte Vecchio, the centre of Florence, and many attractions by walking distance.

we only stayed here for 8 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was very good. the staff was responsive, they made our trip! its location within walking distance of a spandrel arch bridge was unbeatable.

I came to Florence for celebrating anniversary - everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, not too far from a cathedral-flanked square. And it was also close enough to Renascentia, Florence and taxi. I was there for 4 nights and would stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved my choice. As for me, rooms were elegant, they offered a coffee maker and glassware. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were extremely comfy. It had very central location close to a medieval cathedral.

The venue's position was very central. Spent our evenings in nearby Taverna Divina Commedia enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

we can't wait to go back, really quiet hotel. our deluxe room was large. excellent location for everything. also, a medieval stone bridge was max 15 minutes walk to. breakfast was amazing - lots of food.
