Possibly the best and nice stay for 2 nights. The outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff working throughout the hotel. Reasonably large and airy room with luxurious bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Very impressed with a lounge and a sofa available. Great and brilliant location - walk from a cathedral and a church. Walk from restaurants and cafes.

The venue was in a very central location short walk to train station and duomo, all major attractions of Florence and the Duomo, other tourist attractions and the main shopping area. My room included a lounge area, a safe box, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette was also a good solution for mornings.

It was located in a relatively quiet area really close to Centro Storico, an interesting place for me. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly and gave me recommendations.
