The staff were great, helped with any issues. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of an art gallery.

The staff is amiable and great, as well as owner. Its rooms are romantic with bath and a private terrace plus comfortable bed. There is an electric kettle and a fridge.

Everything was good, great staff, lovely location short walk to the restaurants, markets, shops and the main attractions in Florence, Santa Maria Novella church and the train station. We had an excellent experience.
