My room included coffee/tea making machines, a work desk and a dining area. All the staff were excellent, kind. Location: the hotel was close to the center of the town, the old town and Florence / Firenze. It also was to very good restaurants.

Have stayed here many times and would stay here again and again. Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was best base for visiting all of them. The location was great as for me, near Florence / Firenze and the old town.

The hotel was quiet, the staff were competent and excellent. I had a nicely furnished and clean room with comfortable bed and an electric kettle, air conditioner and an iron. Location: the property was just off the center...
