Brand-new air conditioned room on the upper floors. Convenient location to get to a museum and a cathedral located walking distance to the hotel. A wonderful restaurant for breakfast.

Excellent co-operating and hospitable staff and the place was clean. I was happy, the classic room I booked came with lovely furnishings and stunning views plus a sizeable bathroom. Had very central location close to the town center. I had a really lovely stay.

Perfect and convenient location in Florence Historic Centre district near to florence-right near the duomo, san lorenzo and accademia museum as well as Florence and Residenza dei Pucci.

The place was fairly clean, our room was warm enough. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, no complaints whatsoever. We had a great bedroom. The hotel was in an amazing location, right in the centre. Found Century with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

Beautifully decorated rooms with balcony with incredible views. Location - perfect, not far from Pisa/Siena/Tuscany, all attractions and restaurants and what to see.

Our room itself was beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant with a comfortable bed. Liked very cute decor, plus a high ceiling and free wireless internet were at a high level. The location in a safe area was unbeatable and there were a central market and an outdoor market nearby.

they placed us in a classic queen room which was large and airy. a bath in the shared bathroom was a plus. the staffs were knowledgeable & extremely friendly. the setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of a medieval cathedral. an outdoor market and a market were right next door.

Well decorated and extremely pleasant unit with a very cute decor. Central location, at a medium distance from Bargello National Museum. Found in the safe area.

Quaint, fairly clean hotel, every detail here was incredible. The staff were PLEASANT and supper friendly too. We ate at a pleasant restaurant for breakfast. The location of the property was great - at a moderate distance from a distinguished monument. And close to cafes and restaurants, it was a bonus.

Not very friendly staff!

We were given a classic queen room on arrival, it was airy. The location in a touristic area was good and fab. Easily reached Osteria del Proconsolo, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The bedding and beds were amazing. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval cathedral was great and amazing. The staff was cooperative and knowledgeable, the rooms were fashionable.

Its luxurious and quaint place to stay 1 km away from a medieval cathedral. The staff is welcoming, as well as host. They serve fab food, have lots of options to choose from.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a l-shaped square. You could walk to a central market and an outdoor market. The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast, we ordered tasty dishes. The bed was very clean, a bathtub worked well.

The location was marvellous for my stay, 300 metres from Basilica di San Marco. Close to restaurants and cafes, it was a bonus.
