It was in a very central setting close to the main attractions. And it was also right by sights of interest including Duomo and museum and plazas. The staffs were lovely and the service was helpful.

Location: the hotel was next to many attractions and restaurants, good restaurants in the area and main train station and all the historical landmarks.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful and around most of the time.

I found the hotel's location excellent and absolutely perfect, near the historic center and Florence.

Lovely accommodation with handy setting very close to the Cardinal's original private chapel, historic Florence, and many restaurants and sights.

It offers good-sized rooms with the bedroom and bottled water plus extra pillows, spent our time lovely. The interior is nice and design is nice. The staff are friendly and the location is excellent and amazing to the SMN station.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, if you need to be minutes from a cathedral and a chapel. It was across the pedestrian area:)))

The superior queen room is airy with extra pillows, great amenities, a large bath. Plus, the location is marvellous and magnificent, minutes from a prominent art museum. There are bars and restaurants next to the hotel.

The food was GREAT and the staff were very friendly and affable.
