Was a super base for trip. Really wonderful team, they made me feel welcome. Got king room with view or window as expected. It had coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators.

Its location was amazing and beautiful, in the very city centre.

Gorgeous breakfast with eggs made as requested and omelets, for instance, try it! Pretty quiet area, central location next to the nicer restaurants, Spanish Steps and local shopping, right next to palazzo vecchio and a the great resturants and shopping.

The units are brand-new, big size with view or window. All the staff members are amazingly nice and attentive. The location is amazing and they have parking nearby.

We booked single room that was complete with view or window as advertised. We booked it for £ 72.

I was offered a lovely breakfast with eggs made as requested. The staff was welcoming, superbly friendly, nothing too much trouble. The location was awesome - just 5 minutes' walk from a prominent art museum.

The location was marvellous and awesome, you can visit a fortress palace by walking. Moreover, it was short walk to the nicer restaurants, Spanish Steps and local shopping as well as piazza and Vecchio palace.

The place was exceptionally clean and we loved king room. The room we had included a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The staff was pretty friendly all day long. The location was amazing, close to a l-shaped square.

The location was marvellous, in the center of Florence, convenient to go everywhere. There was Gustarium nearby to grab something to eat.

I came here for 1 night and had a wonderful stay. That was lovely small hotel set in calm area, very close to a taxi to the train station on the morning and right next to palazzo vecchio. The breakfast was gorgeous with omelets and eggs made as requested, as example. The staff was fairly friendly, helped with every request. The location was amazing and good and the public parking was nearby. Found Il Cantastorie right at the venue where I had supper.

Spotlessly clean property, outstandingly accommodating and welcoming staff. Beautiful, huge unit with view or window. Smooth check-in, parking nearby. Everything great.
