It was a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was satisfactory with freshly squeezed orange juice which was really nice and good pastries, as for instance and best staff. The location seemed perfect and magnificent close to everything.

Room was exceptionally nice and absolutely gorgeous and available with a seperate walk-in shower, bathroom, for example. I greatly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was good with good pastries. The staff were personable and kind and offered guidance.

The staff are all efficient and best. The units are huge, large with a seperate walk-in shower, a patio, for instance.

The rooms were tasteful and brand-new, with a view in florence.

Reasonably large room with a view to the garden, helpful staff. Fantastic and particularly good location right by a Renaissance palace. Also - next to the main attractions, the main train station and the Duomo, and major sites.

Every time in Florence, I choose this place. It is clean, stylish hotel and the stuff is very helpful.

Stunning and perfect location, to the garden that is advertised. Close enough to the Duomo, all the main tourist spots, and the center of city. The breakfast with good pastries.

Overall it was a SUCH WONDERFUL stay for 3 nights. It was an absolutely perfect and magnificent location really close to the main train station and the Duomo, and great restaurants. We loved this stay.

I came here with my relative. The standard king room I were allocated in was silent. The room had central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The staff was excellent, efficient. Location: the hotel was next to Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio and botanic and Boboli gardens. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

This hotel was set in a very central area so close to the main train station and the Duomo, great restaurants nearby and reasonably priced, and Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio and botanic and Boboli gardens. I tried some drinks at pub Mad - Souls & Spirits, located 5 minutes walk away.

We came to Florence for exploring the city, everything was good...

Efficient, amiable staff with smiling face. Big bed in a brand-new and beautifully designed room. Good breakfast with lots of food, reasonably priced.
