The nicest place to stay when travelling to Florence. A nice size units with nice bathroom and lockable cupboard plus clean bedding. A nice decor. The location best possible and convenient so close to everything by walk.

By and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun.

The units were modern and airy with nice bathroom. There is a safe box, a minibar, and a sofa bed - that's always a plus.

Our stay there was just perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here. Hotel's staff were active and amicable. It had excellent and amazing location, really close to restaurants, bars, museums, as well as the centre of Florence. The food was delicious and appetising.

The service was very good, that made the hotel nice little place. There was variety of food for breakfast, it was appetising. The location was marvellous for Florence, adjacent to the centre and a restaurant.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Fairly clean and absolutely amazing place, very amiable and knowledgeable staff. The perfect and comfortable location for the price, close enough to the Duomo through beautiful quaint streets dotted with cafes, all sightseeings and good restaurants and historical buildings. Also, in old palace. Delicious meals.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Il Lounge. Moreover, it's near santa croce, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Uffizi Gallery and other popular places, and restaurants, bars, museums. I loved nice decor of the luxury quadruple room. A bidet was huge and everything was lovely...

We loved the triple room as it was airy. The staff was ready to assist, amicable people. The location was perfect, within walking distance of a medieval cathedral.

This hotel was PERFECT place for exploring Florence, liked it. Location just walking distance from city center was perfect.
