The staff were all pretty friendly. The location was excellent and incredible for exploring Florence.

Beds were pretty firm in this place.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nonetheless everything was nice. Overall it was normal double and nice modern with high domed ceiling. The location for Florence was perfect and incredible, very close to the nearest taxi rank. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring. Our experience here was AMAZING.

My room was comfortably furnished & unique with fantastic bathroom, lovely balcony, as example. The property was centrally situated a 10-15 minute walk from a pedestrianized square.

Pity, but the beds were uncomfortable.

I had 3 nights in Florence, spending the time here lovely. The staff were super and were always there to help. I stayed in cool, amazing room with WiFi, a good size bathroom, as example. Very central location was a plus.

very good building, unbeatable location right by siena, the tourist sights, and the amazing restaurant. normal double and great modern unit with a bathroom. a very lovely stay of four nights.

I appreciated staying in this interesting place. All the staff was terrific and super, resolved my issues. It was warm, cool and with a good large bed. A shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were available there: )

It was centrally located for seeing Bargello National Museum. The breakfast at the place was delicious at 9.20. We were greeted by the perfectly fine and very pleasant staff.

For dinner we chose Corte dei Pazzi, that was 300 feet from the hotel. We visited piazza del duomo that was 5 minutes' walk away. We appreciated the location, which was great! Galluzzo - Certosa district won't disappoint you.
