Modern small hotel with excellent value, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were hard-working and helpful with requests.

Everything was simply very good. Extremely convenient venue, marvellous location not far from museums and good restaurants, the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella and the Arno river, and most major attractions in Florence, really enjoyed our stay. The family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was huge with breakfast.

Fairly clean place with consistently courteous and pleasant staff members and garden views. Immaculately clean and huge rooms with hypoallergenic pillows. Simply no complains at all, really great stay.

Everything was really good, we had fine 3 days here. Excellant breakfast, best ever had, with croissants, bake-off buns plus hot dishes. The location was perfect for exploring Florence. It was set in a shopping area.

Had 2 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful little room with breakfast and the staff were expert. The location was very central, so close to train station, near Arno River, near Duomo, the center of Florence and the Points Vecchio, Ufizi gallery: D

The breakfast is great with croissants and hot dishes, for instance, has everything you need. The staff are really helpful and hospitable, managed the parking nearby. The hotel is in the very central location to the Pisa airport.

Lovely area, very central location right by Santa Maria Novella train station and the shopping district and central bus station as well as the rest of city centre. Besides, easy access to a 15th - century Dominican church.

I had comfortable days staying at this small hotel. The place was clean, I booked the standard queen room with garden views, everything was great. The location was brilliant, at a moderate distance from a medieval cathedral. What's more, it was really close to Florence as well as train station and bus stops. The staff was accommodating, welcoming, and responded promptly to requests.

The staff that we encountered were efficient and pleasant. It had very central location close to Tuscany. Plus it was in a good area.

A vacation base for exploring Florence. 5 mins walk to the center. Not the cheapest one but good value...

We appreciated rooms and the food, everything necessary for a vacation was provided. This hotel was situated near to tourist destinations like giardino di boboli. Residenza fiorentina was a great venue. Staff was helpful, it was a bonus.

Our stay here was GREAT, excellent base for exploring Florence. We liked the food and staff. 100 feet from the hotel you'll find Trattoria Gargani, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.
