Location adjacent to the Florence of the past, the major bus lines and the city center. Extremely polite, superfriendly staff towards all guests.

Everything there was perfectly fine and the staff were amazingly helpful and excellent. Great-sized rooms with milk, large bathroom, the fridge, had a very pleasant experience. We appreciated the Italian cuisine in the restaurant. Nice place to stay in Florence, if compared to other hotels.
