It was spotless, luxury and with balcony.

The hotel was ideal and quirky, I recommend it to all. The location couldn't be more comfortable very close to all sights. It was also close enough to the Santa Maria novella train/airport bus stop, the banks of Arno river, and airport shuttle and train station.

The hotel has marvellous location right by many restaurants and Ponte Vecchio Bridge and lots more, the train station, major attractions and sophisticated retailing all by foot and the city center. The staff were courteous and welcoming day and night.

Overall it was great-sized and beautifully designed, with an own bathroom. The bed was extremely comfy & the staff was gentle and absolutely friendly. The location was magnificent and wonderful, close to all main attractions, in the unique area.

The employees are attentive and excellent. The units are romantic, nice styled with a balcony, excellent shower, as for instance.

The room is vintage and fashionable with a balcony, everything is amazing. The decoration is nice. Would definitely book here again, if I come to Florence.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to an indoor market hall. All the staff were nice giving some tips about the city. Our room was impressive, with a beautiful balcony, a storage, and a safe box.

Great place to stay for a trip to Florence. Incredibly beautiful place, great for holiday. Very central location, good base for discovering Florence. Besides, excellent for visiting a medieval stone bridge.

The position was particularly good, restaurants and bars are close to the hotel. The service was good and the food was delicious. Plus, we parked nearby.

Location: the hotel was close to the train station, major attractions and sophisticated retailing all by foot, the centre on town, and major attractions as well as restaurants and bars. Had a double room with renovated bathroom, a fold-out couch, for example and I liked it.

The idea to include coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge in the double room was nice. Everything was really good and within 15 minutes' drive of Peretola airport.

Had 2 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. The room itself was spotless with extremely comfy bed and pleasant views. Magnificent and wonderful location, the stuff where accommodating.

I had an excellent experience here, everything was good, the location was best possible right by the centre overlooking the river as well as Florence.

Thanks to the superfriendly staff everything was lovely, including lots of fab food. The unit we got was perfect and relaxing with new bathrooms, a balcony plus complimentary drinks. There were an electric kettle, fridges and glassware upon arrival😀
