Had a very comfortable stay for our last night, glad I've chosen it. The property's location was particularly good and decent, close to everything. The breakfast we had was delicious with freshly baked croissants and cappuccino.

The rooms were tidy with external bathroom kept by the great staff. The morning meal was great with pastries and wonderful fresh croissants, for instance. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to historical center and touristical places, Firenze SMN train station, and the public transport is running from like 7 in the morning.

We stayed in king room with a double bed. There were tea/coffee making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware upon arrival. The location of the hotel was central, so close to the main train station-about a 7 or 8 minute walk❤😀

The staff was informative, always with a smile on face. The food choices were CHEAP.

Facilities were great, nevertheless Wi-Fi was weak.

The staff was welcoming plus the location was marvellous. The train station was set a short walk to the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the historic-style building and reasonably large and airy room with internal bathroom. The amenities included Wi-Fi and a dining table.

It was a quiet hotel, and I felt like at home. The location was good, for example, an art museum was just a short walk away from the venue. A market and a bakery were right next door. My room was both nicely furnished and tastefully decorated with a good value for money...
