Well-appointed and nicely decorated units with a mezzanine bedroom, bar and all the essentials plus unexpected extras, and the staff were extremely friendly.

The staff was very helpful and attentive, no complaints.

The breakfast was fresh made and lovely, had lots of options and the food was fresh. Close to a tram station, the location was exceptionally nice and magnificent, in to the center of Florence. Went to Mercat Bar for drink or two, set within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The room was both immaculate and brand-new with a mezzanine bedroom, main queen bed, as for instance. Everything met needs, I would like to stay longer.

Best possible and perfect location, stunning restaurant. A mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe available in the studio suite. Good service overall.

The location was perfect, close to Thomas Cubitt Statue. The rooms where spotless and brand-new kept by the helpful stuff. We didn't want to leave and will be back, enjoyed the hotel.

All in all everything was amazing, had a wonderful stay for a short vacation. Suite with super bathroom-including fluffy robe, had essentials required. Easy and peaceful location very close to a public park excellent for running was a plus.

The location was perfect and easy because it was close to activities and restaurants and tram or bus.

Got the same suite booked online with a mezzanine bedroom and an unfettered view. The location was easy, so close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Clean, small hotel with excellent and attentive staff. Fabulous food, perfect service. Lovely pool, easy location near the centre of the city. Also - just off the tram or push bikes, the outskirts of the center of town and more boutique shops and restaurants than in the tourist zone.

The location of the hotel was quiet, in the communal lounge area which was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy, the room was a nice size and huge with super bathroom including fluffy robe.

Have stayed here many times and would go back in flash. We appreciated the hotel, it was wonderful small and had exceptionally nice location right by the city area as well as Firenze.

It is a peaceful hotel with exceptional view of the garden. The property is set in a fantastic location short walk to the railway station, more boutique shops and restaurants than in the tourist zone, and Florence # rivalofts # florence. Isolotto - Legnaia district won't disappoint you.

The hotel was modern and clean, had magnificent views of the garden. Rooms were huge and bed was extremely comfy, staff were excellent. It had basic facilities you needed, a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed.
