Rivoli Boutique Hotel

Liked our stay in this hotel. All in all everything was really good, had a real good stay for five nights. We had comfort room, and it was extremely pleasant and well-appointed with a view of the construction going on in the garden.

The hotel had a very central location very close to the tourist attractions. The room was spotless and updated and there were a small balcony, WiFi, and a safe box.

The location of this hotel close to Very close to the central train station and all the major sights was marvellous and handy. Bread, yoghourt, and fruit for breakfast were all brilliant.

Incredible hotel with silent rooms and pleasant staff with excellent service.

The breakfast is free with cheese frequently offered in Europe and juices and sausages, lots to choose from. The location is magnificent and near a train station.

The room was new-fashioned and compact with a queen bed and I loved the historic-style building. The breakfast was savoury and large and well presented with ham and toast, for example.

The location fantastic and lovely in the restaurant which is separately operated. Besides, very convenient to Museo Marino Marini.

It was a truly exceptional place, had especially helpful staff who provided really good service. I was there for 4 nights and ate at indoor restaurant with an interesting menu and well prepared dishes. The location was absolutely perfect, close to restaurants and bars. Also, the area was safe.

Fairly clean and romantic property with free continental breakfasts and accommodating staff. Compact rooms, amazing views of the inside garden. Fantastic and amazing location, not very far from a public park. 10 minutes walk to a bus station. Smooth check-in and good customer service. Late check out.

The place was clean and exceptional, had patient staff with excellent service. The breakfast spread was generous and varied with cappuccino and the normal continental style croissants. We liked staying in this hotel!

The location was great and decent - so close to most popular museums, and the railroad station. Got comfort queen room with a/c as expected, greatly enjoyed it.

This hotel is exquisite and clean, it has fine Wi-Fi and an attached restaurant.

I ate at a well maintained restaurant for dinner. The beds were lovely and the staff was fairly friendly and extremely polite. It was a good location near the train station.

Incredibly beautiful property with pleasant employees at the reception desk. Reasonably priced food, marvellous location in a taxi from the station. Just off Sta Maria Novella trainstation, and a short 20 minute ride.

Fairly clean place & really friendly and extremely polite staff with excellant service. Marvellous and handy location, easy to get around Florence by the train station located near the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed very quiet area.

The stay here was fairly nice for September 2012. The location was great and lovely for exploring this comfortable area, very close to shops, tourists locations and restaurants. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel. My room was both silent and huge with patio.

Overall - incredibly beautiful place with pleasant staff who provided really good service. Amazing location, close to a terminus railway station. Restaurants and pizza restaurants very close to it.

The breakfast was tasty and delicious - bread, yoghourt and fruit. The hotel's location was very central, in touristy area. Plus, it was adjacent to Close to the bus station as well as the familiar landmarks and restaurants.

Location - marvellous, right by shops, tourists locations and restaurants, outlet, The Mall, and local restaurants including the 13 hunchbacks-highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay for five nights, everything was perfect. The rooms were new-fashioned and wonderfully appointed with a kind size bed, the garden, as example. Its location near the center was great and lovely.

Disgusting area.

We were offered continental breakfasts with slices of fresh bread, yoghourt, and fruit. The room was spotless, the location was amazing very central. Easily reached Trattoria za Za, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The hotel had a very central location and it was just a walking distance from Church of Santa Maria Novella. Besides, it was close to the "covered bridge " as well as Florence on Aug 13.

A well-maintained and well priced hotel in Florence with friendly efficient staff who provided really good service. All in all absolutely perfect setting right by Venice, Florence, the city's best attractions, and old town and train station. Great food in the restaurants such as Il Barretto, located 5 min away.

Very small room.

Would stay here again when in Florence. The staff are truly helpful, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is sumptuous. Magnificent and fantastic location, a bus stop is minute walk from the venue. Lots of restaurants and pub you can select.

Well-appointed units with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, as for instance, and the staff were especially helpful! The location was unbeatable, close to a train station.

We spent 3 nights in new-fashioned comfort room with a king sized bed. The location for our purpose was marvellous and handy, near the train station.

The restaurant was very pleasant for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. Had great facilities, such as climate control and a writing table.

As for me, the area was disgusting.

The breakfast is rich, includes bread, cereals and fruit. A magnificent location, we would stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was extensive, staff offered fresh bread, cereals, and fruit. The staff were friendly efficient and especially helpful and the location was good near the SMN station.

Its location was very central, steps away from a 15th - century Dominican church. The service was outstanding as we had expected.

The location was marvellous for us - very close to restaurants and pizza restaurants. Local markets and a little market were right next door. The breakfast had lots of reasonably priced options, and was super.

The indoor restaurant is really nice and having fresh bread, cereals and fruit for breakfast is a bonus. It has an elegant bar and patient staff.

Magnificent and perfect location for our visit to a spandrel arch bridge relatively near the hotel.

Its location is awesome & decent, really close to popular tourist sites, restaurants & shops, the train station and the restaurant. The services are excellant, including a good pool.

Holiday base for resting, would recommend. Brilliant accommodation with incredible setting very close to the best restaurants, and Florence. Lovely views and top-class staff at the reception desk.

Very good service, the breakfast is plentiful and sumptuous. High standard units with a view to the garden, terrace and the bathroom, and USEFUL staff. Stunning and top location, relatively close to a medieval cathedral.

Actually, the room was spotless, it also had shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - at a walking distance from a medieval cathedral.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very very bad.

Charming place all in all, has attentive staff at the reception desk. Besides, you can park your car nearby. The location is stunning, not too far from a medieval cathedral. It is found in a fairly quiet area adjacent to major monuments and city-center, train station.

The location was awesome for walking around an iconic octagonal basilica.

Clean property with pleasant and accommodating staff at the reception desk. Great pool, parking nearby. Not to mention free wifi! Exceptional location with good views. The restaurant was small, for dinner. Relaxing base for exploring Florence.

Beds were too soft.

It had very central location close to Space Club. The breakfast was delicious and offered cereal, breads and fruit. Best and incredible staff members at the reception desk and kept the hotel clean.

They upgraded us to a neat room with a particularly good view. The staff was polite, courteous, and everything was good.

The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the Irish bar. Spa area was a plus too. Its location relatively close to a spandrel arch bridge was marvellous and peaceful. It also provided lots of restaurants and pub

the location was incredible, only 5 minutes walk to palazzo pitti. enjoyed the room with a balcony, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in florence.
