The location is great, right on the main square. Also, it is next to the galleries, duomo and the best shopping, and Florence for one night on business.

As we remember, there was no pool.

Truly enjoyed spotless and nice styled room with the view of the piazza, felt like we were home.

Clean hotel with marvellous and amazing location in Florence close enough to the important sights as well as all the main sites.

The place was clean with a fast staff in reservation and general informantion. I was there for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant for its food and outstanding service. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was yummy to satisfy everyone. The location was marvellous and super - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel was a short walk from the heart of the Florence.

Recently renovated, decent size room complete with the bathroom as well as a nice view.

Great value, pretty and delightful 5 star hotel. Contemporary rooms with a balcony, and marvellous and super location. Absolutely superb breakfast with tons of options to choose from, complementary drinks.

A great hotel, my first choice in Florence. Fairly clean place, top-notch service, flawless staff. Delectable and outstanding breakfast — lots of meals. Decent food, bright room with the bathroom and balconies. Marvellous and unbeatable location close enough to the 'Power and Pathos' exhibition at Palazzo Strozzi museum, the major areas of Florence and Uffizi, only 5 minutes walk from a fortress palace. Also, right on the main square.

This was an incredible stay on our Italy vacation. The restaurant was outstanding for breakfast, we ordered basic dishes. Marble bathrooms, that included a bidet. It had very central location close to a cathedral-flanked square. Shopping streets and a market were right next door.

When I am in Florence, I like staying here. The property is clean with a lovely design, and the continental breakfast is outstanding. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from a medieval cathedral.

Newly decorated room with a balcony overlooking the piazza de la republica, consistently courteous staff. Location adjacent to the Accademia in one direction, 'old' Florence and the major areas of Florence. For tea or coffee visit Coronas Cafe nearby.

Everything was brand-new and the view was lovely. The room was spotless, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a bidet and single sink in the bathroom. The location was phenomenal, minutes away from a prominent art museum. An outdoor restaurant was perfect with absolutely mouth watering amazing food.

Had a memorable stay on their visit to Florence. In overall the room was quiet and bright and with a balcony. Everything was brand-new, yet a few employees were not very helpful. The breakfast was delectable, the check in was efficient. Moreover, parking was nearby.

Generally, the place was wonderful and had incredibly nice and accommodating staff with their excellent service and attitude. The restaurant was terrific for breakfast, I tried simple dishes. The location was great and beautiful - just 5 minutes' walk from a l-shaped square. Furthermore, the area was really great.

There was something as pool missing.

Fairly clean, small hotel, I greatly enjoyed reasonably sized and contemporary rooms and incredibly nice staff. The restaurant was terrific with absolutely mouth watering amazing food here, I had simple dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was bathtub. Everything was simply perfect...

It has very courteous staff team right from the doorman to the reception. Incredible location close to the shopping area at Piazza della Repubblica, and major attractions in Florence, it's very central.

The restaurant here was really nice for its food and outstanding service, we both ordered delicious dishes. The view was exquisite btw.

Its location is great very close to the center of things, lucca, Pisa and other surroundings and all the attactions and the shopping. Hotel provides gorgeous meals.

Had marvellous location very close to everything else, very close to a l-shaped square. I was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant especially for breakfast outside.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would book here again. Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay on their visit to Florence. The location was fantastic right in the centre of the Piazza a close walk to all the main attractions, a super close walk to a medieval cathedral. Moreover, it was adjacent to Florence/Firenze, Savoy from staying in 2009, and Florence during the heat wave.

marvellous and unbeatable location, 5 minutes' walk to a 15th - century renaissance mansion. thoroughly enjoyed beautiful area.

Pretty accommodation with unbeatable setting near to the best restaurant, The Duomo and the Uffizi and Piazza della Signoria. Amazing food in the outdoor restaurant. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking nearby. Everything brand-new:)))
