Wonderful hotel with exceptional views and superbly friendly staff. Stylish and reasonably large room with large bathroom and down pillows. A wide array of meals for breakfast, including bread and eggs. Great and fantastic location in a walking distance for everything and easy access to a main shopping street and a shopping street.

Fantastic wonderful location, in the centre of it. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well. Fresh bread and eggs provided.

Its location is absolutely perfect and incredible so close to the promenade with a lot of stores and restaurants, a very hot Florence, and the Centro.

The room was brand-new, stylish with feather pillows. It was very handy to have coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. This accommodation had a very central setting in a walking distance for everything.

New-fashioned and huge units with complimentary drinks and snacks. A safe, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment — very useful.

My deluxe room was unique, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. A bidet in the spacious bathroom was super awesome. Marvellous and incredible location to within a hundred yards made it easy to get to key attractions.

Stayed for 1 night in this quirky and unique place, loved that. Every staff member was attentive and efficient. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a MAGNIFICENT view. The bathroom was really good, also it included a sofa bed, central heating, and coffee/tea making machines. The hotel met needs well, we would stay here again.

We were given a nice styled room with a safe, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was marvellous and amazing, near the train station, and the view was exceptional, too. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Il Vivandiere.

Every time in Florence, I choose this place. The hotel is clean, provides with spotless and unique rooms. Plus, the location is brilliant, minutes from an art museum. It's based in downtown area, right in the center. Everyone who works in the hotel is attentive and superfriendly. You can have eggs and slices of fresh bread for breakfast🙂

it was in the very central location in downtown area. the staff was efficient and check in was early. actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in florence.

The stuff was accommodating and the setting was perfect! Our bed was really comfortable. We liked our time here.

10 minutes walk from piazza del duomo. Everyone was friendly.
