The guest room was newly remodelled with a nice view, the bed was lovely. I enjoyed that there were variety of facilities in the room such as: a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe. Efficient team in highly professional manner.

Got the same classic quadruple room booked online with beautiful view, a good size bathroom and all the expected amenities. A shampoo and a tub were very handy.

Reasonably large and newly renovated room with a balcony, window shutters against the heat, as example, hot drinks in the on-site bar. Super central location in centre of Florence. Nice design, very good service in the entire hotel.

The hotel was centrally located and had great prices. The breakfast with gluten free products, real eggs, sweets was great, you’ll find what you need.

It has good location to see Church Street. It's in a beautiful old building in the good area. The rooms are well soundproofed and newly decorated and generally offer a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe.

The place was excellent modern, with its efficient staff in highly professional manner. The location was incredible and wonderful to the SMN Firenze train station and met what was needed. Also, a prominent art museum was 1 km away, I could even walk there.

The service offered was good. The room was neat and beautifully designed with nice view, the bathroom and Murphy bunk beds, had everything we wanted. The hotel was actually superior and centrally located just next door to the beautiful monuments of Florence, and the Santa Maria Novella square.

Lots of great milk and pastries, I enjoyed it. The hotel was centrally located walking distance to bars and cafés. I checked out a 15th-century Renaissance mansion, that was set at a medium distance from the property.

Immaculately clean, quaint hotel built in a classic style. The rooms with a balcony with the view on Piazza di Santa Maria Novella, the bathroom, for instance, outstandingly accommodating and affable staff in highly professional manner. A short walk to a railway station, good location.

Magnificent location in the particularly good area and it was a bonus to be close to a train station. There was a good restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. The twin/double room was airy, had marvellous views.

The location was excellent and incredible, not too far from a Renaissance palace. They gave us a newly decorated room with minibar as well as a good size bathroom.

Thank you everyone for a fine stay on holidays. We enjoyed the convenience of the guest room available with a queen bed, a balcony, for instance. Hotel’s breakfast was exceptionally good with gluten free products and real eggs, as for instance and could satisfy any taste.

I was satisfied with the large and newly decorated room, there were a bath and a shower just in case. Breathtaking view of the Piazza and mountains, enjoyed it.

Had a very nice stay on holidays. The location was marvellous and fantastic in a beautiful area, near Santa Marie Novella train station, and attractions and great eating places. I was given neat and beautifully designed room just how expected it to be with a Balcony looking at the Maria Novella Church, great design features and a nice view. The breakfast had lots of options and milk and pastries were fabulous.

Quaint hotel that has exceptional staff in highly professional manner. It boasts incredible, amazing location near to all attractions and restaurants good value for money as well as the railwaystation. One of tourist spots - a l-shaped square - is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The hotel is quaint and superior, nestled in a very nice modern building with city views. The breakfast is great, and the location is incredible just off the railway station, and plaza that had nightly music-ok to take bottle of wine and listen-5 minute walk to train station and Dumo.

Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was neat and stylish. The room was spacious and with big beds. This hotel had a very central position in the center of Florence. I didn't feel like leaving, had a lovely experience and will be back.

We had twin/double room with a private bathroom. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from an open - air market. Close to a church and a gallery, it was a huge bonus.
