Tasty food, extremely friendly and best staff from reception to service. Very comfy bed in the standard room, plus facilities to make tea, climate control, and coffee. Unbeatable and incredible location very close to all important tourist attractions, easy to get around. Also - close enough to the historic centre, the river and train station.

The property is fantastic, it has pleasant and very gracious staff from reception to service. The location is marvellous, on a beautiful shopping street very close to everything in the centre of Florence. It's really close to all the main attractions.

The room was well-appointed and offered shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. It had exceptionally comfortable bed, and breakfast was incredible. The service was friendly, including an early check-in.

The hotel was excellent little with outstandingly accommodating personnel from reception to service. The location was fantastic, 0.5 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable. This venue was in a pedestrian area.

The position of the hotel was great, easy to reach by taxi from the airport.

The breakfast is free of charge and absolutely fantastic, and the location is amazing close enough to the shopping area, the center of Florence within walking distance to several of the major attractions such as the Uffizi, The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and train station and all major sights.

The hotel provides a sensational breakfast with fruits everyday and the omelette, for instance.

The hotel is stylish with a modern design and nestled in a very good building. The property's location in the heart of the town is quiet. Btw, it's set in Florence Historic Centre district close enough to the centre of Florence, the most important attractions in Florence and Tuscany. The staff are very amiable, they keep the place clean.

All the staff members are knowledgeable and outstandingly accommodating. It has unbeatable and incredible location to see an art museum. Also, it is very close to all attractions and good restaurants around, the center near all shopes and metro station and the Uffizi, The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio. A welcoming bar does the trick.

It's a unique boutique hotel with stunning location in Florence Historic Centre district just off a beautiful shopping street, all the major sights and very close to the river Arno, and the SMN Firenze train station. Supper friendly and pleasant staff as one would expect.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a really unforgettable experience. The staffs were extremely friendly and best and the service was outstanding. The breakfast was complimentary with sweets, and all the food was fab. The location was magnificent and incredible for walking around an art museum.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable - within walking distance of Full Up. The staff were KNOWLEDGEABLE, accommodating, did all they can for a really really nice stay. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried savoury dishes.

It deserves its 4 stars. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. We ordered lunch at L'osteria di Giovanni, located short walk from the venue.

All in all, I spend my time nicely. Rooms include climate control, a private safe and ironing facilities.

Beds were not comfortable.
