The place is colourful and clean, it offers plentiful breakfast and wonderful location near to all the main tourist attractions. All the staff members are incredibly attentive and helpful.

Everything was first-class and the staff was genuinely helpful and responsive. The bedroom was modern and stylish. There was a panoramic view of the rooftops.

Breakfast was amazing, gorgeous views, fab location right by almost all the main attractions such as the market, the duomo, the Accademia Gallery, close to restaurants and Uffizi, 25 minutes from Palazzo Pitti. Very good staff from the friendly reception desk to the breakfast guys, luxury single room. Clean bathroom, and complimentary wireless internet and a mini bar.

The staff was very friendly, top-class, and responded promptly to requests. The standard king room we stayed in was tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds.

The venue was well appointed and stylish, I liked the location really close to many sights and gd restaurants, and the main historic sites, and rooftops views. The staff were caring and kept the place fairly clean. The setting of hotel was great, away from the main landmarks. And it's relatively near Rustom Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

Our experience here was unforgettable. The hotel was chic, and clean, and the location was great very close to Firenze train station. The food was great with a good choice of options.

Our hotel is set in a very central location very close to Duomo as well as Florence. And it's by Torrente Mugnone. It offers exceptional services. Great to have wake up service and ironing free of charge.

My family members and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's beautifully appointed and quaint hotel. The a carpark was in the property, very good service. I had early check-in on arrival.

The king room is immaculate and huge. It has an unbeatable and fab location very close to Lucca, Florence and the train station.

The breakfast here was plentiful with meat, cheese, freshly made coffee. The location was marvellous and best possible, for example, a town square was relatively near the hotel. There was a good restaurant, supermarkets and chemist's next door.

fuoco matto, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. cozy base for a weekend in florence.

We where really close to such places as piazza del duomo. In love with room mate luca. We enjoyed it.
