Came here for 2 night stay, had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were efficient, the room was bright. There was big bed, central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was particularly good and perfect, you can visit Church of Santa Maria Novella by walking. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this quiet accommodation from the airport. Nothing too much trouble, enjoyed our stay.

the staff and people generally were helpful. the location seemed perfect and magnificent very near to the city centre. besides, it was near the train station, supermarket and near all the famous places in florence.

Their staff were kind of rude.

It was a quiet and excellent hotel for a trip to Florence. The room was neat and bright, clean bathroom. The staff were all attentive, excellent. Location: the property was short walk to Very close to the train station, most attractions, and Florence too. Plus, Church of Santa Maria Novella was a few steps.
