The hotel was spacious with a good location short walk to the Duomo, Medici Palace and the market, and the centro storico. The extremely friendly staff provided all the necessary info. I had the double room which was airy and new-fashioned with a garden view.

I booked well-kept room, that was offered with balcony views and a terrace. The location was perfect and nice - just off the conference center, major attractions in Florence and restaurants and the railway station. The staff was patient & caring.

Spotless hotel, perfect location in such a built up area, savoury breakfast. A high ceiling and a lounge area in the room and the comfy bed. Magnificent view over the garden and the pool. Very caring staff onsite. No complaints whatsoever, good stay in winter time.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my children, had an outstanding stay. My room was a nice size with a terrace and the staff were well-trained. The location easy to walk into the Center was best possible and relatively quiet for me.

The bed was comfortable, I enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was right by Easy to find from the station by foot, and Florence. The pool was lovely and I had relaxing drinks in the Irish bar.
