Excellent place for discovering Florence with very attentive staff who meet every individual needs with professional and courteous manner.

Beds were bad.

The hotel was in the very central setting to everything with many affordable dining options in the piazza. Plus, it was so close to overhead waterfall, and the Piazza della Signoria.

A good choice of food at the breakfast, including breads, cereals, pastries, fruit and cheese.

The units were well-appointed and comfortably furnished with a lovely big comfy bed & pillows. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the location is the best right by all the top attractions, The Uffizi Gallery, David, the Duomo, Galileo's Museum, Ponte Vecchio, shopping and restaurants, and all great museums and shops.

As we remember, there was no milk.

Delicious and rich breakfast that includes breads, cereals, pastries, fruit and cheese. The double room is tastefully decorated, we also liked wonderful views. Its location is absolutely perfect, very close to a fortress palace. Every time in Florence we stay in this hotel.

Our accommodation was set in a central location close to most landmarks and sights, great restaurants, and shopping. We found nice Bar la Badia nearby with hot beverages. Professional staff that assisted with restaurants.

Varied breakfast with croissants & fruit for the start of the day. Overall a really nice stay for our 25th wedding anniversary trip.

We truly enjoyed this beautifully designed and fantastic hotel and had a such wonderful time. Its location was very central, 300 metres from Bargello National Museum. Plus, it was not far from all the top attractions in Firenze, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, and the main square of Piazza della Signoria.

Small hotel in a pretty comfortable area near to Florence by train as well as restaurants, markets, sandwich shops, and gelato.

Had a fantastic stay for our 25th wedding anniversary trip, everything was wonderful. Our room was fancy and huge with a view. The location was great and incredible, at a medium distance from a medieval stone bridge. It was located in a fairly nice area short walk to all the major sights and shops, and good restaurant and historical buildings;)))

It is a lovely small and fantastic property located in Florence Historic Centre district very close to museums, the Arno River, and the best boutique shops around, the best and most authentic restaurants in the city and Uffizi gallery, Duomo, and Galleria Accademia.

The unit we got was reasonably spacious with great pillows, bottle of spumante, a master bed. The location was unbeatable, at a medium distance from a cathedral-flanked square.

The room was rather small.

We loved the staff, they assisted with restaurants. The service was very good, it had a wonderful authentic restaurant.

It has unbeatable location for visiting a fortress palace.

The place is gorgeous and fairly clean, everything is wonderful, it should have higher than 4 star rating. It has great and incredible location a few steps away from a l-shaped square. The attached restaurant in the hotel is great.

The breakfast was delicious and rich with croissants & fruit, the food was fabulous.

The room is well-appointed and well decorated with a comfy bed, a walk in closet and wine. It has perfect location to see a prominent art museum. The airport is 10 km away.

No complains at all, I really enjoyed this place, would be happy to recommend. I had great-sized and well air-conditioned room with a lovely big comfy bed and great pillows...

Unique base for a trip in Florence! Free Wi Fi was available there...

Morning meal food was good! Best hotel experience.
