The venue is fairly clean, with great and incredible location not far from many very good restaurants, the Palazzo Pitti and Carraia bridge. Amiable staff and attention to detail.

we stayed in twin room with 6 m high ceiling. the location was great and fantastic because it was near to the most important monuments, the arno river, and many very good restaurants.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Extra care from the outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff. Location so close to Close to the main train station, a friendly, safe, very cool area-bars, cafes, restaurants, good 'supermarket' in the next street, and the town center. Again, walking distance to a pedestrianized square.

A nice size and unique room, a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the room. Attentive staff on reception and elsewhere. Fantastic service throughout our stay. Not to mention good wifi! The location was magnificent and perfect - close to restaurants and bars.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. We spent 2 nights in double room. We truly enjoyed to have evening drinks at mad - souls & spirits, based nearby. Moreover, the free Wi Fi was available.

The hotel was close to palazzo vecchio and you can walk to ponte vecchio. 700 feet away from the property there is gelateria la carraia, which is a good dining choice: D
