The place was clean and quaint, it had fairly friendly staff that are service minded and helpful.

The setting was not great.

Top-class rooms with good amenities, and magnificent and decent location.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant which the staff helped us find. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from an art museum. There were the main shopping centre and shopping centres around the hotel.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and luxurious with thoughtful staff at the reception desk. The continental breakfast was plentiful, had fresh fruit, coffee, tea, bread, and yoghourt.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was super and wonderful. An outdoor restaurant was an advantage. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Florence.

The booked room was modern and airy with good air conditioning.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, coffee/tea making equipment, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. The breakfast food was reasonably priced, different choices to eat like pancakes, fresh fruit, breads, yoghourt, and eggs.

Fairly clean reasonably priced hotel, the stay was lovely. Outstanding food, especially savoury breakfast. Smooth check in and very good service overall. Reliable internet, parking nearby. Perfect location for our visit to an art museum at a short distance from the property👌👌

We greatly enjoyed this well-maintained and 1st class hotel and had a good time. The room was nicely furnished and extremely pleasant and included a marble-lined bathroom. The breakfast was savoury and varied, it had fresh fruit, breads, cereals, and eggs.

Our room was a decent size and pleasantly decorated with extremely efficient air conditioning and the overall stay for 3 nights was very nice.

The location was perfect and the atmosphere was quiet! Savoury breakfast and other services were very good. Very helpful staff who cared about me.

All in all, it's fully equipped place that has professional and incredibly responsive staff that are service minded and helpful. The breakfast is warm and large with a cappucino, has good food.

The room was spacious well equipped, with an exceptional view across to Florence and its Cathedral.

Perfect place for discovering Florence with competent and incredibly responsive staff at the reception desk. A wide range of options for breakfast including fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread, cereal, and eggs.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a peaceful area, not far from the most wonderful historic attractions in Florence, centrally located sites and most all of Italy. The staff were eager to help and the whole experience was excellent.

Location so close to the main sites and shops.

A double room with a bath has basic facilities you need. The stuff is very efficient and competent.

Had plentiful continental breakfasts with yogurt, meats and full English & Continental.

helpful staff, extremely good location. food provided was great! comfy bed for sleeping. 20 min walk to the heart of florence.

We enjoyed hotel's location and staff. They serve excellent food. Besides, free wifi is a bonus. Worth its 4 stars...

A private kitchen was ok for us. Breakfast was nice, the best we had in Florence❤
