Overall had very nice stay on vacation. Its location was particularly good, near the train station as well as the Duomo and other points of interest, both the airport and the central train station and the food area.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and quaint with brilliantly friendly staff. Amazing, good location in the heart of everything. And short walk to major attractions and great restaurants/shops, all the main points and Florence for 4 nights.

The hotel's location was central, in the heart of everything. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Chicken Valley to relax and grab some food. I enjoyed the historic-style building and modern and airy room with a view.

Came here for 6 days, the hotel was nicely decorated, it had the best location close to restaurants, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and travel consultants and the train station as well as the Duomo and other points of interest.

had a very nice experience staying at the twin room. the bathroom was fine with a bidet. the location was brilliant and easy, for example, full up was within walking distance of the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very impolite.
