affable and patient staff recommended us restaurants and cafés. the hotel had a marvellous location a minute walk from museo degli innocenti. set not far from restaurants and cafés, it was a plus.

I was happy with hotel's unbeatable location near all the monuments. The room was functional with private bathroom. Location: the property was short walk to Duomo and other historical places in firenze;)))

Neat units with beautiful view, a nice terrace and a balcony, and the staff were amicable!

There was something as reception missing.

The room was tidy and offered with a balcony with beautiful view and amazing view plus a nice terrace.

Some of the staff were absolutely rude.
