The room was tidy, recently renovated and the bed was nice. Fantastic and delicious breakfast, really enjoyed it with lots of food. The location was marvellous and stunning, very close to a bus station.

the hotel is charming old and clean, the staff are excellent, location is magnificent in the center. the room is a nice size and well-equipped with a spectacular view of florence, also they can offer wake-up service.

The location was great, at a walking distance from statue-filled Renaissance gardens. The queen room we were given had coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities...
