The hotel was well priced, though I stayed for 2 nights only. The room was impeccably clean and fashionable, provided with the balcony, nice high ceiling, for instance. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with variety of goodies.

The staff were affable and location was excellent and beautiful. I really enjoyed the room with balcony. Coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware were nice.

Everything is perfect, I appreciated it. The staff is knowledgeable and amiable, they ensure you have an excellent time here. The breakfast is tasty, offered with good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet.

The location was excellent - very close to Florence for the weekend, Piazza di Santa Croce and the restaurant next door. After long day I visited The Marquis of Westminster for a couple of drinks.

The hotel was in a central location on the square. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, helped me a lot.

Savoury breakfast selection with freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee, as for instance, everyone could find their favorite food. The location was good - next to cafes and eateries.

Overall it was spacious and nice styled with balcony. This was a marvellous and fab location not far from the cafe across the street, the taxi stand, and the restaurant next door which has very delicious food. All of the staff members were helpful and welcoming.

The hotel had lovely location not far from the cafe next door which was so authentically Italian, quiet at night to sleep and the square. It also was to all the main tourist attractions.

Everyone was extremely responsive as well as host. Quiet, brand-new room with modern amenities, everything was nice. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were a nice touch. The location was nice, for example, a cathedral-flanked square was not too far away from the hotel.

My 3 nights in Florence were perfectly pleasant. The rooms were stylish & large with balcony. The location of the hotel was stunning and good - just a short walk away from a prominent art museum. Also, it was next to cafes and eateries.

Its personnel was welcoming and affable, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a great area, just next door to the centre, Florence and the square. Loved my double room with the balcony, nice high ceiling, as example. The staff were amicable, breakfast was tasty. The breakfast offered plenty of appetising meals. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Centro Storico was brilliant. The whole experience was really great, no complaints, recommend.
