Extremely comfy beds, room was nice modern and air-conditioned. Its location was fantastic and lovely close to the railway station.

Cool clean property, it has always nice staff at the reception desk. The location is great, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and pubs. The superior king room is airy with a book, a bath plus a balcony overlooking the piazza.

Views are pretty bad.

I had excellent days staying at this classy hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable with variety of brilliant food. It was in the very central location on the santa Maria Novella square.

Hearty and sumptuous breakfast, best ever had, with croissants, cheeses and scrambled eggs available. Its location a walking distance from Via de' Tornabuoni was perfect and excellent. The staff helped us and were reasonably good.

The venue was beautiful, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic so close to a maze of hallways, restaurants, museums all the main sights duomo and the train station and sites, restaurants, train station. The superior queen room was airy, had soundproof windows, a high ceiling, and tea and coffee.

The location just next door to city centre was unbeatable and wonderful. You could walk to shopping streets and a market.

Everything was perfect, so were gorgeous views of the Cathedral. I got complimentary triple room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Overall it was neat, with a fully equipped bathroom.

The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast, we ordered appetising dishes. The location of the hotel was very special - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a spandrel arch bridge.

All in all everything was perfect, had a great stay for 7 nights. Got an incredible breakfast included. The hotel's location was very central, near to all the favourite sites of Florence. We tried some restaurants, including Ristorante Buca Mario which boasted an excellent cuisine.

The setting is easy, just off the Ponte Vecchio or the Duomo, busy area. Its minutes from Fiddler's Elbow, good for a little drink.

The hotel has best possible location right by the church which is beautiful. Also, it is so close to the square outside as well as wonderful restaurants. Make sure to get single room with a view to Via Bella Donna and a beautiful bathroom plus parting gift😀
