The rooms were airy and new-fashioned with a newly renovated bathroom. It had very central location close to a medieval house museum. Thoroughly enjoyed food selection, meals were great and they have a lot of options.

Got the same well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with all amenities booked online, enjoyed that.

Great way to end our trip. Unique and clean place, everything was perfect. Amazing, good location not far from major tourist sights such as the Duomo and all main points of interest. About 5 minutes walk from a prominent art museum. Airy & spotless unit with a view.

Marvellous location - close to the via Tornabuoni above Prada and overlooking Giorgio Armani-pretty impressive location, and many restaurants. Also, on a pedestrian zone of one of the main shopping streets in Florence. Airy and neat units with gorgeous new bathroom, a very clean washroom and tea, fairly friendly employees.

Overall the place is fairly clean and quirky, it met what was needed.

The location was marvellous and incredible for walking around a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Besides, it was short walk to the main sights, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Repubblica and across the street from Palazzo Strozzi, the river and the Santa Maria Cathedral, and Florence's high fashion district.

The room was airy, with all amenities.

the location was excellent and incredible, within walking distance of via de' tornabuoni. a main shopping street and shopping streets were right next door.

Airy & a nice size unit with a great view and the bedroom plus books. Excellent and stunning location, a 4-6 minute walk from a Gothic-style church. Respectful, attentive staff towards all guests.

Reasonably priced, extremely spacious and airy room with a couch. A great selection of fabulous food for meals.

Loved my quite comfortable stay during winter time. It was next to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Museum, all the main tourist areas, and montefioralle winery, marvellous and awesome location overall.

The hotel is in a magnificent and wonderful location close to everything. The staff are top-class and the room is functional with gorgeous new bathroom. Will be back, enjoyed this place, thank you very much.

Had a really comfortable stay during winter time, everything was perfect. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from a prominent art museum. It also was right in the heart of Florence. The staff and the owner were all pleasant.

Location: the hotel was so close to including railway station. Popped in Procacci for shots before sleep, it was within easy walking distance of the venue...
