The family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with character.

This was a VERY LOVELY stay on holidays. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well-appointed with character. The staff were accommodating, the location was unbeatable and excellent.

We didn't want to leave and would definitely return here, appreciated the city and hotel. The bedroom was new-fashioned and well-appointed.

Liked the place, had a wonderful stay on holidays. The venue was in a very central location really close to Secret Garden, the train station and beautiful Florence. A few times I ate at About Thyme Restaurant, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The overall features were perfect. It was new-fashioned, fashionable and with character. The staff were very helpful and incredibly kind all the time.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay on holidays. Tastefully decorated, modern unit with balcony. Location close enough to the train station which was far away as well as the secret garden. Also, in the centre of Florence.

we had an electric kettle, a microwave and climate control in the family room. the location was good, just a short walk away from a cathedral-flanked square. took a walk around city centre, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

I had large room with balcony. Extra facilities such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were really useful. The staff were amicable and attentive, no complaints whatsoever. The location of the hotel was fantastic and stunning - not too far from a cathedral-flanked square👍👍

Spent 4 nights here with my 2 teenagers, had a great stay overall. The room was spotless with character, I had a good rest. Exceptionally kind staff and the location was particularly good and amazing.

My stay was enjoyable on holidays. The double room was spotless, had central heating, a work desk and ironing facilities. The bed was comfortable, a bidet worked well. The location was prime for exploring this pretty quiet area, close enough to a nice garden, and the centre of Florence. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Vineria Sonora.

The staff were attentive and extremely friendly, the breakfast was gorgeous with a huge variety of food.
