The rooms were fantastic and bright and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was best and nice. Lovely team who tries best to respond to every request.

With convenient check-in and late check-out, this hotel was quirky. Reasonably priced and great-sized rooms with a patio, good size breakfast.

We were offered continental breakfasts with yogurts, croissants plus veggies. The location was comfortable and best possible, very close to railway station and bus station and The Accademia Gallery.

Its location was stunning and incredible, next to the cafeteria. Besides, we were next to main train station. The service was very good, including a delicious breakfast with croissants.

The place was impeccably clean with a thoroughly professional and responsive staff who tries best to respond to every request. The room was great-sized, fully-equipped by an even worse air freshener. The hotel's location was central, very close to everything too. What's more, it was just next door to restaurants and trattorias, the train stations and all the attractions of Florance Museums, Churches markets and retaurants. Appreciated our trip here and would like to stay longer.

The whole experience was really nice, no complaints, recommend. Quirky hotel where a good sized breakfast was served. Just walking distance from a train station, the location was good and absolutely incredible. Found in the very pleasant area, the property offered affordable prices. The room was a decent size and had an air conditioner, a safe, and thick curtains. All the staff were efficient! Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was efficient. Also, we parked nearby.

The food was delicious, drinks were free hot. The service was helpful.

Had the standard queen room and it was exceptionally nice with the big loo. The highlight was the appetising food.

Enjoyed the hotel, its convenient location and my well-kept and fully-equipped room. The restaurant was particularly good for dinner, I tried appetising dishes. A bath in the beautifully decorated bathroom was super awesome. This was my luxury stay for one night.

Clean, exceptional value hotel, its location was amazing and near to the cathedral, the bridge, station and the Lorenzo market. Staff are top-class and attentive and don't miss their shuttle to the outlet mall. Its rooms are beautifully maintained for a really lovely stay on every night of our stay.

I had a good sized room complete with an air conditioner, a safe box, and thick curtains. The location was particularly good, to everything you are looking for in Florence, in the very pleasant area. The staff was knowledgeable and very informative and check in was convenient.

This was a very nice stay on every night of our stay, affordable prices. The room was decent sized and well soundproofed and we appreciated the European-style building. It had very central location close to a 15th-century palace. You could walk to a local market and a central market.

Thank you, I loved my stay. I had double room with windows overlooking garden and really nice bed. It was in a central setting to all the main sights of Florence.

Exceptional service was provided here. The room there was air-conditioned and the bed was comfy. The continental breakfast was delicious, perfect to start our day. The location was awesome and handy, within walking distance of Basilica di San Marco.

Breakfast was good and the team was great. One of the dining options, Trattoria Nerone was 5 mins walk away: )
