The location is magnificent, loved to be short walk from some leisure places, we've visited bars and cafes.

The hotel was in a very central location in the city center.

Outstandingly accommodating staff with their service and very central location. From the bus stop 20 minutes on foot. Great modern and bright room with spatious bathroom and an Internal garden.

No lift at all.

Would stay here again, I appreciated spending time there. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling. The fact that it's located minutes away from the train station is a big plus.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with attentive and excellent staff with their service. The location was perfect and nice, to basically everything else of interest, the view was great, too.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and very pleasant the whole time of my stay. Its location was stunning, close to the main railway station, and in a quiet area. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

As for me, rooms were air-conditioned and bright, they offered coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators. The entire staff were attentive.
