I greatly enjoyed staying here. The hotel was located not far from the airport, center of the city and close to tourist attractions. The location was incredible - ease of access to an indoor market hall. It also was right in the heart of everything. The staff were affable the whole time...

Really comfortable experience there. The rooms - en suite, good-sized with the hairdryer. Excellent central location and amiable staff. Walk from the train station, easy to get around.

I had the deluxe room which was quiet and opulent. The location was amazing right in the heart of everything and the staff here was helpful and amicable. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Brewdog Firenze.

The staff were awesome and amicable and the location was incredible in center of the city. What's more, it was adjacent to railway station, and a pedestrian street.

Well, there was no reception.

The room was opulent and fairly quiet and had air conditioner, a personal safe and a work desk as pictured in advertising. The staff was nice, and requests were handled quickly.
