The very friendly staff accommodated all the needs The suite was air-conditioned, included a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

Everything is awesome, I really enjoyed it. I have stayed in the superior king room with twin beds. A special thanks to affable staff.

The staff was helpful, took good care of everyone. The hotel's location was unbeatable and magnificent, so close to the main square of Florence, the center of the city in Piazza della Signoria and two very good restaurants in the piazza. Places like a cathedral-flanked square were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from from here too.

Exceptionally nice and convenient location, on the square. Just next door to two very good restaurants, attractions and also plenty of restaurants and cafes and Palazzo Vecchio, five minute walk to the Duomo.

Airy units with antique furnishings, twin beds, for instance, and the staff were superfriendly. The location was good, in center, in the secure area.

Its staff were thoughtful and absolutely excellent. Location: the hotel was just off the main square of Florence, next to Uffizi galery and Palazzo Veccio, two lovely outdoor restaurants and the Piazza della Signoria. It also was right at the centre.

The room is elegant, fairly quiet and has city views. The beds are comfortable and the staff is really helpful. The location is absolutely perfect and incredible, 1 km from a prominent art museum. It's in the safe area adjacent to attractions and also plenty of restaurants and cafes, nearby restaurants and the centre which is another bonus.

I had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was large and air conditioned. The staff were all thoughtful. Amazing and beautiful location to attractions like a medieval cathedral, that was not very far from the hotel. You could walk to a local supermarket and local supermarkets. Enjoyed that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station...

Charming venue, perfect location very close to the center of the city in Piazza della Signoria, the Palazzo Vecchio, and cafes, truly enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and good sized with twin beds, and we slept very well.

It is an absolutely charming property located in Florence Historic Centre district just next door to Palazzo Vecchio, the square in the centre of old Florence and the famous historical places in Florence. The breakfast offers lots of tea, toast, slices of fresh bread, and pastries. The hotel is in the central location close to attractions.
