Very friendly staff, gave a lot of tourist information. Our double room was fully-equipped, with a comfy bed. We had a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge.

absolutely great place to stay during the trip. very amiable staff, fast check in. beautifully decorated room with terrace and unbeatable and exceptionally nice location. plenty of good options for meal.

No reason to complain, I truly enjoyed the city break. The location was marvellous and beautiful, for example, an art museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The fairly quiet area was good for a city break. Very close to the train station, a market and shops were not far as well.

Great hotel in an excellent location. I really loved that my room had an individual patio. Adjacent to a market and a central market in Florence. In fact, the free Wi Fi was a cherry on top...
