Good small place with attentive employees from check-in to breakfast to check-out. Lovely modern and brand-new rooms. A view of the piazza from my window.

The breakfast deal was rich with the view to Battistero and delicious coffee and cappuccino. Airy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we appreciated particularly good bathroom.

Whole place was fairly clean with delightful views; excellent and amazing location in the duomo square. Loved food selection, meals were local and they have a huge variety of options.

The hotel had an incredible and stunning position, near to the train station. Plus, it was very close to Florence for a night and the centre of the centre.

Everything was perfect, so were worth every penny views of the cathedral. The hotel had an unbeatable location on the cathedral of firenze. Had brunch in the Il Vivandiere, located nearby.

The room was huge, new-fashioned, with a big bed. Extra touches like a private safe, central heating, and coffee and tea making facilities were a treat, staff were amazingly nice.

The location was fab, at a short distance from a minor basilica. My room was neat room with mini fridge, great view, for example. Everything was great, including well prepared and varied breakfasts with cappuccino and delicious coffee, for instance.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with absolutely kind and incredibly welcoming staff from check-in to breakfast to check-out. The room was huge and modern, included a private safe, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment. The bed I had was big.

The breakfast is well prepared and rich, and the location is awesome just next door to the central Market, Firenze, and the Bargello, Palazzo Vecchio.

Good small and unique hotel near the train station. Good-sized room available with books, fridge, for example. Flexible and extremely friendly staff members from check-in to breakfast to check-out.

The breakfast was well prepared and rich with variety of choice. The location was perfect and excellent, so close to the train station with easy access to a market and shops.

Very central location, within a close distance from Museum of Bigallo. Huge room.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the square where the Baptistery and Duomo are located, all the main sightseeing places and the center. My room was nice modern and airy with a functional bathroom. Excellent staff and everything was excellent.

Overall it was good sized and well-appointed with a gorgeous view of the duomo. The hotel was in a magnificent location close enough to railway station and the cathedral of firenze.

The hotel is good small and unique with FLEXIBLE personnel from check-in to breakfast to check-out. There are good-sized and airy rooms with spotless bathrooms. The location of the property is amazing, short walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria and the Duomo and the train or bus station, and major attractions and shops. Thanks guys for the service!

The venue is clean, with marvellous location near to the center of everything, across from the Duomo and walking distance to the Uffizi, the Academia, the Bargello, Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, San Lorenzo, the central Market, and the Battistero and Duomo.

Fairly clean place with perfect view of the cathedral. Wonderful facilities in general, excellent and good location next to the plaza in front of the Cathedral. Besides, easy to get to a medieval cathedral.

Plenty of local food at breakfast time. Lovely modern, brand-new units provided with a nice view of Piazza del Duomo, comfortable bed, as for instance.

Modern and huge rooms with functional bathrooms and an electric kettle and refrigerators. A lot of food for breakfast including coffee and tea.

Top-class staff from check-in to breakfast to check-out, had lovely stay. It had exceptionally nice location with access to a prominent art museum nearby.

Chilled-out base for a 3-night stay. Room was big, we appreciated the view of street from the window.

The view was FANTASTIC here. To get to the baptistery of st john you'll need to walk 5 minutes.

A double bed with pillows and a matress. Ideal location to explore Florence. Nice breakfast was available. Honestly nothing to complain about.
