The location was ideal in the nice quiet area. The breakfast was good, the check in was easy. The staff was extremely friendly and the host too.

Honestly no complaint. Incredibly nice breakfast with yogurt and the best warm croissants, as example and super friendly staff. Separate room, extremely comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Particularly good location and excellent facilities.

The staff was amiable, the breakfast was gorgeous, everything was excellent. We had a triple room with an air conditioner, a mini fridge, and a TV set. We liked street view from the window.

The hotel was little, I enjoyed it, especially terrace view. All the staff were AMICABLE, kind. The apartment was huge, the bed was very comfy. The service was all in all great. Great location to enjoying breakfest in outside garden, all was good.

The touristic location close to the train station. Walking distance to supermarkets and the main shopping centre across the street.

The location was best possible and peaceful, close to the downtown area.

The room was surprisingly large and neat, truly enjoyed extremely comfy bed. I had climate control, a high ceiling, and a safe box in it. The location turned out to be marvellous and perfect, short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio, all the major city sights, and the Uffizi or Academy.

This accommodation was in the touristic location close to historcal Firenze centrum. I was given triple room with an air conditioner, a small refrigerator, and a TV set. The breakfast was lovely and good and served.

All good - we liked this authentic hotel - the food was excellent and the staff were amicable. It was in an ideal location with an indoor market hall nearby.

The total stay was wonderful during your Florence vacation. I took a huge room with Internet and access to Internet plus free WiFi. The morning meal was gorgeous with the best warm croissants and mini toasts and jams.

It offers unbeatable, magnificent location. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The venue has surprisingly large rooms with TV, a private bathroom plus large beds and pleasant staff.

The breakfast was incredibly nice with biscuits and croissant, as example, worth the price.

location: the hotel was just off the uffizi gallery, the duomo and the centre city sights in 15 minutes and all major sites, museums and galleries.

Generally everything was excellent. Staff was super amiable. The room was air conditioned and well-appointed and I enjoyed the stay at 65 Euros a night...
