The room itself was amazing, lovely in good condition and had the things we needed. A hair dryer and bath sheets were available there. The location was perfect, so close to the railway station, and the Duomo.

Beautiful & fine hotel, excellent location near to everything you want to see in Firenze, affable staff. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus air conditioning, a kettle and a work desk. A view of city from my window.

everything was great, with amicable staff, met requirements. the location was unbeatable to the train station which was very convenient. further, it was close enough to center, the terminal and restaurants.

We enjoyed to chill in the nearby Villa Vittoria. The hotel has private queen room. Great base for 1 night.
