Our hotel was in a magnificent location easy to reach the city center. For short-orders there was Il Cantone del Guelfo, we found it close by.

excellent staff, great views of the tuscan hills, everything is very good. the location is excellent as it's near transport, restaurants and shopping, and the city center. the restaurant serves delicious chinese food. when i am in florence, i like staying here.

Tidy place with absolutely superb view of the Tuscan hills. The gentle staff all round. Lovely little room and great beds. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a pedestrianized square. Honestly no complaints.

Fabulous, fairly clean hotel, every detail here was good. The staff were nice and pleasant too. I had a king room it was comfy. The bed was cozy, a bathtub worked well.

Extremely rude staff!

The location was good, relatively near a 15th-century Renaissance mansion. It was located in a secure area right by the old center. The room was nice looking and reasonably large and equipped with balcony. Having a shower, a bidet and bath sheets was a bonus.

The room is charming little and good looking with good view.

Loved staying at the triple room. The location was AWESOME, within easy walking distance of a medieval stone bridge. And it was also just off the main attractions and train station.

The location was stunning, close to Laurentian Library.

My bed was comfy and the room was air conditioned and cosy with a balcony. Location: the hotel was just next door to Florence, the tram stations and the train station...

The staff - some of them were absolutely rude.

The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating, gave us great tips. The location was best possible, within walking distance of a prominent art museum. Further, it was close enough to the Duomo, central station, and Florence.

All the staff were best and gentle. We booked private room for 2 nights and had a really enjoyable stay.
