Compact queen room was airy. This accommodation had a central setting in the centre of the city.

Brand-new and well-appointed room looking out at the roof top. A good choice of facilities like: a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel television, and a study table. Set in a perfect location walk from the train station.

Beds were hard.

The room was newly remodelled with a new shower and the staff fairly friendly. I could use central heating, a work desk, and a TV. The location was perfect and magnificent for me, simple to find from the station.

It had best possible location next to Church of Santa Maria Novella. The room was airy and the staff were friendly and hospitable. The excellent service and the attention to detail! We stayed for trip and will be back.

The setting was quite unbeatable within easy reach of a medieval stone bridge. The staff was accommodating, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests.

Overall had very good stay during our 2 nights visit. The location was excellent and absolutely incredible, not very far from a l-shaped square. What's more, it was close enough to all the main attractions, the rail station SMN, and the train station and all the touristic spots.
