Stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave there, I would book here again. The location was magnificent, in front of a tram station. I got a spotless and well-organised room and the staff were excellent.

The unit we got was reasonably spacious and perfect with tea, coffee, for example.

Its location is marvellous and comfortable, just next door to the buses arrive and depart. Besides, we enjoyed the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

The place is wonderful and stunningly beautiful, met the needs. Excellent, amazingly friendly staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The location is perfect and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Church of Santa Maria Novella. As for me the food is delicious, and they have lots of meals. No complains at all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had a twin/double room with comfortable bed and coffee, a TV set, and a kettle. The staff was very amiable and gave us great advices. The location was convenient and perfect, close to Porta al Prato.

Marvellous and comfortable location for our visit to Stazione Leopolda at a medium distance from the hotel.

I booked well laid out double room here with coffee facilities and coffee. The staff were excellent and the location was convenient. Bakery Pasticceria Excalibur located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Well laid out unit with tea/coffee making equipment and refrigerators. A bidet in the bathroom. Convenient and ideal location next to banks, the buses arrive and depart and the center by foot in a local area.

It's our place to visit when in Florence! Wonderful location and people. Room was great value. Services included free Wi Fi.
